Aeroseal® 3-Step Installation
STEP 1: Setup & Diagnosis
- Preparation: Seal registers and critical HVAC components with foam plugs to identify leaks.
- Connection: Attach Aeroseal machine to ductwork via a temporary access point and tubing.
- Leak Detection: Conduct a pretest to measure initial duct leakage, typically finding 30-40% leakage in homes. Leaky, torn or disconnected equipment may include: Ducts, Registers & Grills, Furnace & Filter Slot, Flexible Ductwork.
STEP 2: Precision Sealing & Monitoring

Sealing: Inject aerosol sealant into ductwork under pressurization to seal leaks from the inside.
